Tamarack Trail Mix: Customizing user preferences in Solifi Originations (formerly Rapport)

Solifi Originations system (formerly known as Rapport or ROS) provides users with the ability to customize their experiences. In this Trail Mix installment, we look at how to tailor Originations preferences to suit individual needs.

To personalize settings, first hover over the gear icon, then select Preferences in the top right of the screen.

Users can update where the navigation panel appears for the Data Entry page, the Home page or within a customer, application or contract setup.

A user can also modify whether their worklist displays contract setups, the unassigned list or the number of items shown per page.

Fields can be personalized by how they are displayed and in what order. Settings are separate for the Application/Setup Worklist, the Application Search Results page and for other screens.
