Each year on Veterans Day, we honor all those who have served and even given their lives for this country. Please join us in recognizing the significance of their sacrifices.

Many of our team members have family who are veterans. This year, we want to take the opportunity to honor MerriLee Henderson, mother of Greg Henderson, Tamarack’s systems operations manager.

MerriLee served in the United States Navy as a lieutenant in the Medical Service Corps. Commissioned in 1967, she was stationed at Naval Hospital Philadelphia until 1969, through the end of the Vietnam era. As a supervisor in the occupational therapy department, her work included mental health and rehabilitation of amputees. She further served in the reserves until 1973.
